         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Zamalek Sporting Club </strong>, is an Egyptian <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sports_club">sports club</a> based in <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mit_Okba">Meet Okba</a>, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giza">Giza</a>, Egypt. It  is best known for its professional <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Association_football">football</a> team, which plays in the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Egyptian_Premier_League">Egyptian Premier League</a>, the top tier of the Egyptian football league system. It was founded on 5 January 1911 as <strong>Qasr El-Neil Club</strong> and was first headed by<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belgium">Belgian</a> lawyer <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Marzbach">George Marzbach</a>. The name was changed to <strong>El-Mokhtalat Club</strong> in 1913 and in 1941 it was changed again to <strong>King Farouk Club,</strong> named after <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Farouk_of_Egypt">King Farouk</a>. The name finally settled as <strong>Zamalek SC</strong> after the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1952_Egyptian_revolution">1952 Egyptian revolution</a>.<br>Zamalek has never been relegated to the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Egyptian_Second_Division">Second Division</a>. On the continental side, Zamalek has won more <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Confederation_of_African_Football">CAF</a><br>trophies than any other African team in the Twentieth century. The club has 5 <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAF_Champions_League">CAF Champions League</a> titles, 3 <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAF_Super_Cup">CAF Super Cup</a> titles and 1 <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/African_Cup_Winners%27_Cup">African Cup Winners' Cup</a> title. Internationally, Zamalek has won 2 <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afro-Asian_Cup">Afro-Asian Cup</a> titles. The club plays their home matches in the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cairo_International_Stadium">Cairo International Stadium</a>, with a capacity of 75,000.<br><br></div>]]></description>
