Landscape:The Barrier reef is a marine landscape.

Location:The reef is located in the Coral Sea, off the coast of Queensland, Australia.

Geomorphic process:The geomorphic  process of the great barrier reef is deposition. Coral reefs formed, when free swimming coral attached to rocks or hard surfaces underwater along edges of islands and continents.

Geomorphic process: millions of years ago volcanic eruptions filled the land with ashes. The ash then hardened and was covered by a layer of basalt. Then millions of years of erosion dug the chimneys down to the shape we see today.
