You should be caring and understanding of the other kids and help them when they need help. You should stand back though if they don't your help and understand their personal space. That is what I think a great leader should be.  I think a great leader should also be someone who has persitence and is determined to help kids learn and become great McCarty Mustangs. It is important to help them learn what it truly is to become a McCarty Mustang because mustang pride leader right now will be leaving the school soon so we are passing on our ways of kindness to the future mustang pride leaders.
