         <description><![CDATA[<div>women<br><br>much like the women in the north, the women in the south worked the businesses their husband worked in. women also took on nursing duties.<br><br>The woman of the house mostly relayed on their slaves to do the most (if not all) the house work.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>most women took over their plantation once the war began. The women did the best they could do to grow food for their families because more and more slaves would run away to the north.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Unfortunately the life and the treatment did not get better when these slaves fought with the union.          <description><![CDATA[<div>yes the war was the ultimate consequence for the north and Souths indifference. the war affected the common peoples income, jobs/roles, way of life and survival. the pros and cons of the south and north were compared based on fighting tactics and war plans. inventions were made to also be effective in the war. the north and south had an indifference about slavery. Because of this indifference the two sides turned violent towards each other and death wiped out a big population in the most gruesome ways.<br><br>social- the common people of the north and south both struggled as providing for families was difficult with low money coming in because of the cost of war.&nbsp;<br><br>Economy- the south and north disadvantages/advantages both affected how the war played out and the fighting tactics.<br><br>war- inventions were made to be most effective to fight.<br><br>political- the north and Souths stance on&nbsp;slavery caused a very bloody and devastating battle.</div>]]></description>
