My day starts at 6:30 a.m. the first thing that I do is put on the machine that feeds my daughter, which takes about 30 min per meal.

At seven in the morning, I wake them up and start changing them,getting them ready and preparing their lunches and backpacks .

Around the 7:40 a.m. we are ready to go to school.

When I return I begin to plane the rest of my day more calmly and clearly, enjoying the absolute silence, at this point I decide what we will eat and clean my kitchen while I prepare my coffee. all of this around 9:00 a.m. at 9:30 a.m.

Then I take my English class ,which I like because that's when I stop thinking about the outside word and can focus on something that's really for me.

10:15 a.m. to 12:15 a.m.

later as I finish my class I take some time to decide what I want to wear and style my hair so I can go to the school to pick up my daughters and start preparing the dinner .

When my husband arrives at work around 5:30 p.m. we can enjoy dinner and talk about the day, it's the part I enjoy the most because I'm not in a hurry.

Finally we clean a little more , he helps me a lot in this part and we divide the work to be able to finish faster.

At almost 9:00 p.m. we took the girls to their room to sleep after doing their homework.

With the little time and energy I have left, I try to watch my favorite Korean series, but I cant stay awake after 15 o 20 min of watching TV.

In resume this is a bit of my day to day life. I'm obviously leaving out a lot of things because of the time my presentation would take , but I'm in between I also work on my own business, moving my schedule around as best I can.
