Thus, people will consume fewer calories of soda because they are buying less soda.&nbsp;<br><br>However, the counter argument which is proposed in the article states that taxes are not what will ultimately drive consumption of soda down. In fact what will drive the consumption of soda down in America is better education on healthy eating habits for the youth. </div>]]></description>
