*List all the things that makes them great!
*Explore how the brain can downshift when angry or struggling and look at tools to help self regulate (deep breaths, let someone know they are struggling, calming glitter jar)
*Make calming glitter jars (can find online - children could bring in small plastic bottles to make these)
*All children to write 1 positive/nice/good thing about each person in their class (annonymous)- these go into a pot and at the end of half term, they have a list of all of the positive things other people see in them (would be good if these could be typed & given as an A4 page)
*Explore ways in which they could help the community - task them to complete at least 1
*Create a Superhero poem/story
