         <description><![CDATA[<p>Public Speaking Anxiety is something a lot of people have to face and when we go to school, we want to have a place to feel safe and FFCC offer's that support anxiety public Speaking <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.frontrange.edu/student-experience/support-services/mental-health-counseling/index.html">Front Range Community College | Mental Health Counseling.</a></p><p>Being able to talk to someone about Public Speaking Anxiety can help release some of those problems that causes your speaking. For Example, the problems are whether it's bad symptoms, not preparing the right way before going up or not getting the right skills.</p><p>But getting help from a counselor could make things work. Just working through steps and letting the words out can get make progress and know that you're not alone or in danger.</p>]]></description>

Some ways he says that helps practice speaking in front would be thinking about what the audience wants to learn and make eye contact. <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.verywellmind.com/tips-for-managing-public-speaking-anxiety-3024336">Speech Anxiety: Public Speaking with Social Anxiety</a></p><p> </p><p>"How to Speak in Public" by Adam Bryant bring ways to get prepared for a presentation in public. Like getting to know what you wrote on your device. Ways to make sure you ask yourself questions that needs it to be on the online paper that gives answers to it, having others look it over, making sure everything about it is professional and many more that continues to be looking over as preparing for a successful public speaking. Wanting to connect to the audience and predicting what others think to know how to reach out to them in a good way is also what this article has to offer.  <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.nytimes.com/article/how-to-speak-in-public.html#:~:text=How%20to%20Speak%20in%20Public.%20Public">How to Speak in Public - The New York Times</a></p><p><br/></p><p>One of the most important quote I have found is "Consider this connective tissue as Plan A for your opening, but then during the event or milling around before your talk, be on the lookout for something that feels more of-the-moment" I really like this quote from "How to Speak in Public" by Adam Bryant because it's saying feel around the room looking to see what is happening if there in a happy state make them laugh and connect to them of ways they like it.</p>]]></description>
