         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Supermarket: 8 o'clock in the evening, I couldn't do the self check out due to the fact I forgot the big bags. There were parallel lines to multiple servers. I queued up in a normal check out where there was already one person in line. The speed of the check out was quite good, a problem related to a price happened but was solved quickly. I was not alone in the line with the opportunity of talking and the atmosphere was fine.&nbsp;<br>2. Garage: morning, I had to bring the car to be fixed. I arrived there and although I made an appointment I was asked to wait for my turn. 30 minutes after while I was freezing in the garage I finally served. The atmosphere was not so good, no place to seat, garage small, freezing, no coffee/water while waiting, nothing to do, I was as well by myself.<br>3. Dentist: Monday morning, arrived on time, they made me wait 5 minutes. Conferrable chairs present, water as well, good music in the background, Wifi connection. I was alone, but I could have done several things while waiting. I was afraid but they made me wait in a cozy environment.<br>4. Doctor: Yesterday, I got the number when arrived, I had to bring some documents. It was the take the number sale of service with multiple servers that perform different services. I was waiting by myself. There is a screen where you can see the numbers, it is not big enough. There are different people waiting with different priorities, including disables and elderly people. I learnt the system but many people there they are still surprise because elderly people that arrive late are served first. For them this is frustrating. Seats are conferrable enough, there is nothing to do, just wait. I have my pc, I start writing. I spend some time like this. There is the small of the doctor office. No music, no water and coffee available to refresh if needed.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Bar: Evening, I ordered drink directly to the bar, before accessing to the counter I had to wait a bit before ordering to the bartender. Like in most of the bar when you order directly to the counter the line was not really organised and even though it's suppose to be first in first out basis this is not only the case. But I didn't mind because I was ordering drink to spend time with my friend in a nice atmosphere with music and people. <br>2. ATM: Some ATM in Brig are quiet slow and busy depending on the time. It was end of afternoon, people who just finish work went to take some cash, 3 people before me had to wait around 5 min because one of them was taking for ever. The line was straight to the ATM and like always waiting for such little thing are frustrating<br>3. Denner: Middle of the day, like always line in supermarket are long and full of weird people. People paying with coins, people which their credit card doesn't work and people removing items because they don't have enough or people starting speaking with the cashier. Even if the line is straight and kind of organized this is a very frustrating waiting line. </div>]]></description>

Shop: when I wanted to buy a new cable in the Interdiscount, I had to wait for around 20 min in the queue due to the fact that cashier was solving some work-related issues together with the manager right on the till. That was the reason why the queue apeared<br><br></div><div>2. SBB: Wanted to receive money through Western Union and because it is the same place where people buy tickets, I was stuck in a queue<br><br>3. Supermarket: self-checkout in Migros. Line because one out of 2 machines was out of the order, the shop was closing and I was irritated due to this fact that all the customers had to be in a hurry but still couldn't do it faster because of the line</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>cafeteria:<br>Even though the queue for food is not so long, it was not very pleasant because I was starving. However, there is never more than 10-15 people in front of me.<br><br>bahnhof-ticket machine:<br>Last time when I was at the bahnhof to buy the ticket, all the machines were occupied so I had to line up. Regardless of the fact that only one person in front of me, since I was in a rush, the waiting time felt really long and unpleasant. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1 - CD Shops- i went to get another extra charger , yet the line <br> still straight before paying for the two products which is CD and the charger itself. <br>2- Japanese Restaurant - Middle of the day , queuing up with a friend while having a cup of hot chocolate in our hands , waiting for them to assist us but it seems no one take the initiative to do so. They are so busy doing some thing else in the restaurant . We were like , do they see us  or not. Is unacceptable. The line was formed twice. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>2. Public toilet - there was a long queue as always, I have spent nearly ten minutes for waiting, <br>3. Burger &amp; Lobster - I arrived the restaurant at 8:30pm, and there were already a lot of people in a queue, I lined up in the queue and reserve a table, the hostess told me that i will have the table around 10:30pm, and we need to stay here and wait incase  we miss out. So we stay in front of the restaurant for nearly two hours to get seated.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. I was queuing up in the school cafeteria and there were 10 or more people in front of me. The shape of the queue is like 2 U shape and since people are waiting for the chef to refill the food, so the people are just waiting at that spot to get the food. It was very painful and I start getting impatient.<br>2. I was queuing up at the train station waiting to get on the train. There are 6 to 7 people in front of me, some of them were carrying luggages. The shape is a straight line and since people are usually concerned with getting on the train, it didn't last long till it is my turn. It makes me stress but since the process is quick, I still felt comfortable.<br>3. I was queuing up in Starbucks waiting to order my coffee and there were 4 people in front of me. The shape is a straight line, but since some customers were ordering some specific drinks and one of them was ordering for more than one drink, the overall waiting time is quite lone. I was in a hurry so I was getting nervous about if I should be waiting for just a coffee</div>]]></description>

Post Office: Afternoon, after 2pm,  I was queuing for my turn to sent the post card, the queue was long and took so much time waiting for each person to finish their turn. There's only 2 counter there, but opened only one. The experience was fine, during the queue, there were few shelves that display the stationaries, books, postcard, etc. I could spend my time screening those beautiful postcards and books.<br>2. Reception: Afternoon, after last class in school, queue to pick up the parcel. Sweets provided there and communicate with friends. The queue went first. The queue is also short, 3 to 4 people all waiting for collecting parcel.<br>3. Bubble tea shop: Noon, buying for bubble tea, the queue is short but waiting for so long, the shop make the tea just after the customer ordered it. There are 3 employees but still took quite a few minutes to make tea.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Renewing passport: I went to the Portuguese embassy to renew my passport. Although the embassy opens at 8:00 am, I went there at 4:30 a.m to queue up because i know if i did'n't go early, i won't be able to renew my passport as they have only limited spots per day. The queue is not managed by the embassy. <br>2. buying limited edition product: me and my friend went to the store pretty late and we were trying to queue up but we couldn't find a line to follow. The store didn't manage the people waiting and they just let those who were standing in front to go in first. It was so unfair.</div>]]></description>
