My name is Leslie Lambur and I 'am a returning student majoring in a Dual degree for Culinary Arts/Pastry. I'm a married mother of four and just recently graduated over the summer with my Real Estate Certification. This is my fifth semester here at Acc and I'm looking forward to taking this class. Born in San Antonio raised in New York growing up in the Food Mecca of the US I developed a found passion for food and cooking since I was in my early teens. I'm very excited to continue pursuing my career in Culinary and hope to one day fulfill my dream of becoming a business owner, thus allowing me to share with the public my artistry and skills in the kitchen while providing amazing tasting food.

My name is Jeni Waters, and I am a hospitality management major. I relocated to Austin a few years ago from California due to my job. Currently, I am a General Manager at a hotel. However, I wear many hats at the hotel, from operations to sales, and even at times, housekeeping and maintenance. In my free time i enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Germany this past winter

My name is Kristen Salinas, and I’m a mother of five with a wonderful granddaughter. I’ve been married for 3 years now. I’m taking the plunge back into school after some time away and am excited to see where this journey in Hospitality will take me. Life has taught me a lot, and I’m looking forward to learning more and discovering what else awaits me in this huge world. I’m excited to be here and can’t wait to connect with all of you!"

My name is Emma Riojas, and I am specializing in Hospitality/Entrepreneurship. I have been at ACC since I have graduated High School about 1 year ago. Since then, I have been passionate about all things hospitality, but my dream is to become a flight attendant. I always loved anything within the aviation realm and would love to provide exceptional service as well as travel and meet other people around the world. A fun fact about me is that I have had my own business in selling my art work since 2020!

Again, I am yolanda. My major is Hospitality Management: Hotel for now but im considering crossing over to event planning side. I have 2 years in the hotel business as a former housekeeper at Sheraton- Georgetown but im now working for a hospitality staffing company working odd jobs (with a purpose) until I graduate from ACC July 2026 (cross fingers). Fun fact: I love math, so lets see if thats still a thing after this class :-) I am still trying to figure out where I want my final destination to be but im aiming towards the Airline sector. I am excited for this semester and hopefully interacting more with you all.

My name is Riley Sprockett, and I am majoring in Meeting and Event Planning. I previously attended the University of South Carolina but transferred to ACC for this program. I have always loved planning events and being able to make the people around me smile; this is what drives me to be in this industry. Right now, I am an event coordinator assistant at a music venue, and I manage a coffee trailer that is located at Nutty Brown but is also moved to locations for events. I have two professions that I am looking into, one being a meeting planner for a pharmaceutical company, or being an event planner for a Church. Overall, I'm excited to be part of this class and get one step closer to my dreams!

My name is Ethan Cervantes, and I am majoring in Culinary Entrepreneurship Specialization. I am currently 19 years old and was born and raised here in Austin Texas. This is actually my second semester of the program and so far I have absolutely loved it. I have a huge dream of one day opening up my own BBQ fusion style restaurant either local to Austin or around the Fredericksburg area. I have some relative family out there and just find the hospitality and service quality to be quite top notch as well. I look forward to learning as much as I possibly can from this class in hopes of implementing as many qualifications of successful marketing strategies into my future business as possible.

My name is Channary Deup, and I am currently majoring in Baking & Pastry Entrepreneurship Specialization. I have been attending ACC for a while now, and am about halfway through my program. While I have many interests, cooking and baking are my favorite ways to express appreciation for those around me. I enjoy hosting dinners for friends and experimenting with new recipes together. My goal is to open a bakery/café that serves as a welcoming space for people to hang out and build a sense of community through shared enthusiasm for baked goods.

My name is Quinn Nguyen, and I am currently majoring in Hospitality Management. I was born in Vietnam and moved to the United States when I was 12 years old. I enjoy exploring mixology and creating cocktails, and one of my dreams is to open my own acoustic bar in the future.

My name is Eli Bellsey, and this is my second year at ACC as a Hospitality Management major. I am excited about the new school year and am looking forward to new experiences. My hobbies are reading and playing video games. My favorite book is Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury, and my favorite series is the Hunger Games series. My goal for this year is to gain more experience in the hospitality industry. I look forward to taking this class with the rest of you!

My name is Nico Tellez, and I am currently finishing up my certificate in meeting and event planning! I’ve switched majors quite a few times, and finally feel like I picked something that could lead to a fulfilling career. I hope to work in festival production/planning! I love music, making or admiring art, dancing, and cooking! I am looking forward to a fun semester with you guys!
