Regarding your research questions, you don't indicate which are for the qualitative phase and which for the quants.  Review the questions to avoid asking leading questions, and in some you have more than one question in each - this will be confusing to answer.  Pilot the questions first to see if they are understood.  Will be useful to set out an interview brief for the qualitative phase

Limitations
- It was not feasible at this stage of the project to analyse and code all of the data from the online survey so this affected the level of conclusions able to be made from the responses.
- A tutorial on SPSS was unable to be attended which limited the coding ability, therefore coding will be present for the Final Report.
