my name is Iwona  Iwaniuk and I’m an English teacher and vice principal at The School and Preschool Complex in Tuczna. I’m really happy to join this eTwinning project!

I love exploring innovative and creative teaching methods. My goal is to make English lessons inspiring and enjoyable — something that makes students look forward to coming to school. I believe learning should be fun, engaging and connected to real life.

I’m excited to share ideas, learn from you and create something meaningful together.

I'm Iwona and I'm 37. I live in the centre of Poland in a small village. I am an English teacher in a Primary School. I teach in kindergarden and in classes from 1st to 8th. I am quite crazy, I have a lot of ideas, I love fun and adventure, that's why I'm here with you:).

Learning English is my main work but I also study psychology and do some voluntary work.

My goal is to improve my teaching skills as well as my students' skills in learning English. I want to encourage them to develop, learn and believe in themselves. I like using various methods and ways of teaching. Being here is a great opportunity to involve my students and motivate them to work and study.

Teaching multi-classes is pretty tough, but working with kids of different ages and watching them help and support each other  truly rewarding for the hard work.

I try to use innovative teaching methods to keep my students' attention and make learning fun for them.

I hope to have a fruitful exchange of ideas with you all and I wish you a successful workday.

Before entering the world of education, I worked for thirteen years in the organization of an international high-level research center, where I had the opportunity to collaborate with people from all over the world. There, I realized that diversity is a great

resource, not a limitation. This is the first lesson I want to convey to my classes!

I have been working at school for four years, but this is my first year teaching in high school.

Teaching in a high school is a challenging but rewarding experience. Teenagers are often rebellious and tend to challenge authority because they are trying to build their own identity. They may question rules, test boundaries, and sometimes seem difficult to manage.

However, if a teacher succeeds in building a relationship based on respect, trust, and understanding, students can surprise you. They are capable of giving genuine smiles, appreciation, and meaningful connections.

Despite the challenges, teaching high school students can be deeply fulfilling because you become part of an important stage of their personal growth.
