·         Stage 2 – Planning: consider the work that goes into speaking with clients at this stage
·         Stage 3 delivery: distinguish the difference of the support given in delivery stage – virtual or face-to-face? 
·         Stage 4 Reporting: We don’t think this is a stage within the devlivery management process. We believe it could be broken down to fit into other stages. For example, preparing agreed project outputs and agreeing project outputs with clients could fit into the planning stages. The quality assurance would be more in the evaluation stage – just for a different audience.
·         Stage 5 evaluation – not clear what happens with evaluations afterwards – so not clear on why we are preparing evaluation – might be good to know what happens with the info.

Running opening Programmes my actions at the close down stage maybe different to another colleague who delivers consultancy or bespoke Programmes. It feels increasingly that we are working in silos not knowing what each other is doing. This may be different in other areas of the organisation.
