Short Description:


We are developing a 24-month Erasmus+ KA2 Youth project focused on implementing the Democracy Reloading approach in different local contexts through international collaboration, pilot actions with young people, and the co-creation of a practical educational tool for wider use.

The project begins with an inspiration & co-creation week in Kielce, Poland, where youth workers, municipality staff and youth representatives from all partner countries will:

* Learn about the Democracy Reloading principles and how they’ve been applied in Kielce,

* Share their local realities,

* Co-design the structure of a practical simulation tool to engage young people in decision-making (→ the YOUth Decide Simulation Pack).

This tool will be developed and tested throughout the project, with the involvement of local youth groups in each country.

Following this, each partner will:

* Run local pilot youth participation actions (forums, councils, consultations),

* Test and refine the simulation with real youth groups in schools, municipalities or youth centers

The second half of the project includes international Peer Learning Visits to each partner country, where we’ll visit the local pilots, test the simulation in action, exchange feedback, and improve the tool.

The project concludes with a final event and the publication of the YOUth Decide Simulation Pack - an open, ready-to-use educational tool for schools, NGOs, youth workers and local governments across Europe.

Municipality Reloading: Multipliers for developed communities

Topic: Transfer through series of participatory workshops & roundtables followed by homeworks the knowledge, skills, and capacity to: - reflect on the poor situation of municipalities and their minimal focus / - The role we can play as youth to develop the status quo in municipalities as active players / - Build horizons for collaboration of youth as active contributors in and with the municipalities.

Short description: In response to the declining state of municipalities in Tunisia and their limited youth engagement, this initiative builds on the Democracy Reloading training to empower young people through participatory workshops and roundtables. It aims to raise awareness, foster critical reflection, and equip youth with the tools to become active municipal actors. By building a small but committed community, the project seeks to shift the status quo and spark long-term collaboration between youth and local governance structures.

Activities:

• A series of workshops using informal education through which we focus on:

-- Role of youth in municipalities

-- How youth can be involved

-- The status quo and how we can change it

-- Skills ' like critical thinking ' and competences to ( approach the municipality, propose projects, discuss how we can change and improve, how to manage and move forward with projects..)

Topic: Generational change

Short description: create the space for training and experience exchange between new correspondents and the ones that are about to finish their mssion. It will take place in the youth hostel during 3 days. The youth will come from the region of Andalusia.

Activities: basic training about the correspondents' mission, information dissemination, networking, leisure activities. Methodology based on non formal education and activities designed with youth cooperation.

Topic: Creating an all-inclusive space that welcomes people transitioning from their childhood to their teenage years.

Short Description: Kids in their infancy until they're about to cross into their teenage years have plenty of facilities to exist in. Once they turn 13+ they don't have a place in which they can hang about. Therefore, it was crucial for an idea with kids from diverse backgrounds of all genders to be given birth to.

Activities:

• The place's existence/making is going to be based on a shared diagnosis of the youth and municipal politicians of what the problems and solutions they see.

• A session between the same stakeholders to codesign the space (what kind of workout, the youth needs, and how to ensure the gender equality in the space...)

• Arrange an exchange of youth after the creation of the space in Sefrou and Auderghem to witness how both projects were achieved and explain the process.
