She did not really care about him in the beginning but as time past's she starts to like him more.

My favorite part was when Katniss and Rue teamed up ,because it was unfair that Rue had to play against older people. My favorite character was Peeta  because he was tough and caring and followed his heart. If I could change one thing, it would be how Foxface died because she was one of the smartest out of all of them. It would be better if Cato killed her  . One technique the author used that I really liked  was the  hooks because at the end of the chapter I would want to keep reading  . One example of this is at the end of chapter 11 ‘’I’ll go finish her and let’s move on. I almost fell out of the tree.the voice belongs to peeta’’. I would recommend this book because it was my favorite and had a good story and mouth opening chapter  .

At the start of the novel  Katniss is feeling list and care free . I know this because in the text it mentions, “I can hardly recognize myself in the crack mirror that leans against the wall .” During the events that unfold, Katniss killed the boy in the arena . This can be seen in chapter 18 page 233, when it states, “The boy from district 1 dies before he can pull out the spear.” At the end of the novel Katniss became more careful and has feeling. This information is shown in the book on page 3744 when is tells of, “Already the boy with the bread is slipping away from me. I take his hand, holding on tightly, preparing for the cameras, and dreading the moment when I will finally have to let go”. To sum up Katniss has change and grown from care free and has feelings.
