A controversial issue has been whether technology development is a contributory factor to an invasion of privacy. On the other hand, others can argue that the information that we use in a smartphone or recent technology we can easily get into our debt and credit cards account, and money related accounts like uber or lyft. In the words of Jacob Morgan, author, speaker, and futurist “Our information is already out there and regardless of how hard we scream that we want it back or want it to be secure, it’s not going to happen…ever. ” According to this view, we have already put our information and have accepted for the “term and conditions”out there in the world.

Buy a house or rent a house which is better

Buy a house or rent a house, which is more difficult. This is the most raised questions by college students. Some argue that renting is a better option because they don’t need to pay so much. From this perspective, leasing a house in California has benefits. Most leases include water, trash, electricity bills. Bill Conerly, a corporate economist (PG&E, Nerco, First Interstate Bank) and then entered consulting and helps business leaders connect the dots between the economy and business decisions. “When you rent, the landlord picks up the taxes, insurance, maintenance and sometimes utilities…. Housing seems to be a great investment in good times because it is usually leveraged to a great degree.”

Even though landlords can increase the rent of your home, they still have some benefits. For example the landlord collects all of the taxes and some of the landlords pay for the utility bills like water, electricity, and trash bills. The only thing is that your won’t get equity. When buying a home you have pay for the tax and all the utility bills. Also you get equity. The prices of buying a house has increased than renting a home.

This project came from a series of essays written in class about the Guide to the 21st Century. This guide is mainly about how to overcome the anxiety in a college student and their fear of losing privacy or whether renting a home is better or buying a home is better and if their relationship with their parents is distant or not. There are lots of types of anxiety: PTSD, Social Anxiety, OCD, Panic disorder. About 40% of the college students have anxiety disorders like these.

Some times this is a beneficial thing is that we get to know what other people are doing. In China, there is an app where it shows which or your neighbors are ranking in debt. This is a way for the Chinese government to keep 1.3 billion people connected by tracking their behavior. Andy Meek, a reporter in Memphis, supplies articles to outlets like Fast Company and The Guardian “... the new system is also blocking tons of people from booking flights and train rides. " Among some of the other ways, you can draw scrutiny to yourself and potentially a negative score is if you reportedly play an excessive amount of video games and post fake news online.
