The following steps are followed in the cutting section: Fabric spreading, Marker making, Component numbering on the marker, Lay Cutting, Ply numbering, Sorting and Bundling, Dispatch cuttings to stitching section, Quality checking in the cutting section. Next comes embroidery and screen printing. The screen printed pieces of fabric are then dried to set the ink. Following this, garment are sewn in an assembly line, with the garment becoming complete as it progresses down the sewing line. Then, the fabric is spot cleaning and laundry After a garment is spot cleaning and laundry it is transferred to the ironing section of the facility for final pressing. In the last steps, garments are folded, tagged, sized, and packaged according to customer specifications.

I am going to promote a brand for handbag.

I will introduce how to make a facing. Firstly, place the garment on sewing table wrong side up. Now place the bias strip on the garment with right side facing wrong side of garment, matching both the raw edges. Secondly, stitch with a 1/4" seam allowance. Afterthat, fold the bias strip over 1/4" and press down. Then fold bias strip over Wrong Side of garment just covering first stitch line. Finally, slip stitch along the edge of bias binding.
