(1) Affirms and Ah-has will help us to understand what is working about this piece of the architecture; (2) Asks will help inform what support our national teams pilot in this inaugural year with the architecture &amp; help to identify where we may need to adapt the piece; (3) Apply answers will help us identify examples across the organization we can learn from as we begin to implement the architecture.</description>

<title>I am eager to dig into the real implications of this agenda at the state and local level with our leadership teams across Texas. Really, we need time, and some technical support from Public Partnerships to make sense of what our path forward will be in each of our regions and collectively as a state.</title>

<title>I love the clarity of this seeing what we believe and will advocate for is so important</title>

<title>I&#39;m sure this is intentional, but interesting to me that we&#39;re not taking a stand on school governance model or type. While I think the charter/district argument might be mostly dying out ( or just irrelevant) it may not be in certain places AND because a certain sector of the former coalition is pushing hard for vouchers and private options I imagine we might need to figure that out sooner rather than later.</title>

<title>I love the bullet on safe and affirming school environments, and also think that this statement makes me wonder why we&#39;re not yet taking a stance on guns and also this feels discordant with us not being more vocal on the bills passed last year around trans students.</title>

<title>I think specifically identifying personalized learning as a model is interesting. What research and data can we use to support why we are convicted around this particular learning structure? And, for that matter, the research that we have to support all of our policy agenda beliefs so that we can have conversations grounded in evidence.</title>

<title>My initial reaction is that there is so much here. Are there priorities within this? This seems to me like a more exhaustive rather than a prioritized list of equity agenda items. I&#39;m unsure if this helps me get clearer on what we are rallying around because there is so much here. </title>

<title>I&#39;m noticing and appreciating our willingness to take a position. This makes me think of how important our voice is in the conversation about education and how, historically, we&#39;ve often shied away from taking a position.</title>

<title>The focus on access to Pre-K for all is so relevant. I am glad it is called our in the policy agenda.</title>
