Hi, my name is Benedetta V,
I'm 14 years old and I live in Pozzuolo with my family.
When I am with them I feel good and also relaxed. I am often lazy when my parents ask me to do something.
When I am at school I am sociable and I feel happy because my friends make me feel good.
I HAVE BEEN PRACTISING gymnastics FOR two years: I don't like that sport MUCH but my gymnastics
friends make the fact that I don't like it MORE ACCEPTABLE/BEARABLE.
I am a little shy when I have to talk in front of people that I don't know. I become nervous when I have tests, EVEN if I studied a lot.
I think I'm quite funny, friendly and kind. Since I' HAVE always been shy, I try to be more open to people.

I was born in Venezuela (South America) and I moved to Italy when I was 5 years old. I attended Udine International School (UIS) all throughout elementary and middle school, where I learned how
to speak English, Italian and French.
I am a competitive swimmer and I train for two hours everyday, apart from Sundays. In 2018 and 2019 I qualified for the “Campionati Italiani di Nuoto” - finishing AMONG the fastest 20 girls of my age group.
In my free time I like to watch movies or TV series on Netflix, listen to music, hangout with my friends and sleep.
AS FAR AS MY PERSONALITY IS CONCERNED, I think I am competitive because I
don’t really like loosing. I am also driven (which means I do whatever I can to achieve my goals) but I am not very patient, so I tend to get frustrated pretty quickly. I like to think that I am smart, funny
and that I can be independent when I need to.
At the beginning of a friendship I can be shy, and
I’m not very open, but when you get to know me, I am more easy-going.
I try to get along with everyone: I am PEACEFUL AND OUTGOING, I don’t really like fighting and being a part of or starting conflicts,

I’m 13 years old and I live in Udine with my family.
My family is composed by four people: my brother Matteo, my father Ugo, my mother Simona and me.
I’m a PECULIAR girl: I have long blond hair and green eyes.
As for my personality, I am shy, BUT I AM ALSO sporty and friendly.
I like TO practise sport, I love tennis and I don’t like rugby.
My passion is tennis and I play tennis four times a week.
I train in Palmanova where there is a beautiful sporting center.

I'm Lisa V, I live IN Camino al Tagliamento, a small TOWN out of Udine. I love music and books. My first love was music. When I was young I sang every song I HEARD on the radio. My favourite singer is a Japanese pianist: Yiruma. My favourite songs are:"Kiss the rain","Maybe","River flows in you" and "It's your day". My favourite Italian singers are: Benji e Fede and Ermal Meta. ListenING TO music makeS me FEEL happy, calm, relaxED and all my worries fade away. Everytime I'm alone at home I play the music and read a book on my sofa with a cup of hot lemon tea. I'm a very happy girl,I like the sun but my favourite type of climate is rain.
I love winter and I HATE summer...too hot!!

Hi, my name is Luca Pesce, and i live in Torviscosa a small town in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
I was born in Puglia, in a small village out Foggia, Cerignola.
I live in it since i was three years, after which i went to live in Torviscosa.

In Martignaco I attended the elementary and the middle school.

I'm introverted, so for me is not easy to make friends.

Hello! My name is Flavio, i'm 14 years old and I live in Udine. I like to think of myself as funny and extroverted, but I'm still a bit hesitant and shy when it comes to being in a new enviroment and having to make new friends. When I am with my friends I try to be as funny as I can, but when I get bored I don't try to hide it and try to find something to do. I am very respectful and open minded about other people's beleifs and try my best to listen to their opinion.
Though I am very big and robust I would never try to hurt anyone unless they really deserve it. I'd rather have a peaceful conversation with someone rather than a fight.
I love travelling, I think it's very fun and interesting.
I like playing videogames, surfing the internet and discovering new things, and my favorite food is pizza and sushi. I don't like practicing sports, the exception being basketball, which I've practiced for three years now. I used to like playing the cello, but at one point I got bored of it and stopped playing it. Though I don't like playing any instruments, I love listening to music, my favorite genres are 80s and "alternative hip hop", which is kind of like pop but sadder. I like to keep up with what is happening on the internet and try to have the most fun I can with it.

I also attended kindergarten, primary and middle school in Pagnacco. In 8th year I did the KET exam which went pretty good. I got 146/150. The mistakes were on the listening part of the test.

I have a one-year-old sister. Her name's Irene. Even though she's only 1 year old, I do think she's pretty smart. She exactly knows what she wants and how to get it. She also annoys me sometimes and doesn't let me concentrate on homework,

I love learning languages. My favourite language is English. I'm also trying to learn Swedish online. I'd love to visit or live in Sweden. It seems like a lovely country with amiable people.

I'm actually reading a Sherlock Holmes book and I love it so far.
I grew up reading fantasy books like Harry Potter. From that saga, I just fell in love with Britain. I've never been in the UK, and i'd love to.
When I was a few years younger I loved drawing. I used to draw a lot on paper and on my room's walls. I was very creative. I think I kinda lost that passion, like I don't care anymore about drawing, which I think it's a shame.
I'd describe myself as an introverted person. I'm shy and I get pretty nervous around people I don't know and it's hard for me keeping a discussion with a person I just met.
But I'd say that I'm also kind and mature. I'm not that childish anymore, even if sometimes I can be stubborn and act like a five years old child, especially when my mum says it's time to clean my room.
A thing I hate about me is the fact that I get too enthusiastic. For example, if I discover a new singer I can be obsessed with it for a few months and then I'm careless about it, all of a sudden. It happened with a lot of celebrities like actors and bands.

I think this school is the right choice for me and I want to live these five years without problems between me, the teachers or my classmates.

Hello everybody my name's John and I'm 14 years old.
I love skateboarding, I like to learn new tricks and I like the SATISFYING feeling that I get every time I skate rails, big stair cases and big gaps. FOR this reason I would describe my self as pretty self confident and brave.
I'm an open minded person that likes to distinguish HIMself from everybody else, that's why I like to wear nail polish, different socks and even make up some times. I'm very friendly, I love to make new friends, I love to tell jokes and I love to just in general be fun. I like to help people WHENEVER I can. I would say I am a pretty artistic person.
I love punk, hard core, hard rock, metal music, I've been playing the drums for two years, and about a year and a half ago I started playing the guitar (I TAUGHT myself how to play the guitar, I never took a lesson).
I have a band (our name is “petrichor”: that's the smell of rain on the ground) in which I play the drums. We usually PRACTISE in my grandparents’ house ‘cause there is where I have my drum set.

As for my personality, I am friendly, active, rather quiet and very helpful to my friends. I consider myself a pretty closed girl because I never tell my opinions AND I keep everything inside myself, I almost never tell my problems to others. I don't have many friends but this IS because I have to be sure to trust them. HOWEVER, those few FRIENDS that I have are enough because I know that I can always trust them. I become very anxious when I am in front of an audience or in front of many people and I have to talk or expose a topic. When I AM AMONG many people, I become very calm and I tend not to talk to anyone and for this I consider myself a very shy girl. I'm very stubborn: I RARELY accept the reasoning of others, I PREFER TO STICK TO my ideas. I HAVE BEEN a very generous person from an early age. In fact, I've always enjoyed making drawings for my parents or my relatives. Even now I am a generous person and I really like giving gifts to the people I care about, especially when they are sick or need help.

I'm Francis Louis,I was born in Rome in 2004. My parents are from Philippines and they're separeted , SO I live with my mum in Udine. I am very friendly and sociable with males not very much with females ,because i'm very shy with girls.;)
I don't like to use my brain at all, I prefer being stupid than being smart. I use my brain only when I'm playing football or I'm doing something competitive because I don't like to lose.
If someone's annoying me, I can be really aggressive and dangerous: for example many years ago my cousin was teasing me then I almost killed him with punches. I can be hostile to protect my friends. I don't like being angry, because when I am like that i feel 🤬.
Here in Udine I live with my mum, my step-dad and my sister.
I prefer staying with my friends than with my family because they are sometimes boring and annoying, but sometimes they can be really kind, and then I like THEM more than before.
My sister is 7 years old , she is not so smart, she is hostile with me but friendly and sociable with her friends and children that ARE her age. My mum is terrifying when she is angry , and when she is not angry she is sweet and kind but I know that she is always tired 'cause of her works. She does many JOBS: she works at a hospital and does other part-times jobs. My step-dad is like my mum but he is KINDER than her. He is a factory worker for astercoop. All the things that I know about my biological dad is that he is evil, my mum told me that she did everything to keep me with her, and not leaving me with that person.
I like playing football . I hope that one DAY I WILL become a famous football player. NOW I am working at it.

Hi, I am Elisa Kollcaku, I live in Udine and I am 14 years old. My surname is pretty unusual and that’s because my father’s from Albania, but I was born in Italy, most specifically in Portogruaro, a lovely town near Venice. I’ve been in Albania only twice even though I love travelling. I think that Albania is such a fascinating country to visit and that it has a lot to offer. For example Durres has a lot of ancient buildings, but it is also really contemporary and lively. In my free time I love taking photos, especially pictures of landscapes and ancient buildings like castles and churches, but I really enjoy listening to music and reading crime novels too because I adore the crime and the mystery. In fact one of my favourites TV series is Alias Grace, the story of a convicted murderess, Grace Marks , and the doctor who tries to help her to remember what happened the day the murders took place. At the moment I don’t play any sport but I used to practise archery and I absolutely loved it, because it made me feel powerful and relaxed even when I wasn’t feeling good. One of the artists that I appreciate the most is Billie Eilish because I agree with a lot of things she says in her songs and in her interviews. She talks about how important it is to be yourself, confident and respectful. I try my best to be kind to the people who don’t support my point of view, because I think that it is another way to show respect. I am a shy person, but I am also very stubborn and I can get angry really easily. I am very anxious and I care too much about what people think about me. I’m extremely loyal and protective to my friends and always super honest, because I don’t like lying. I am very introverted; indeed, if a person doesn’t know me, I may seem grumpy, but in reality I’m kind and polite.

I am also driven because I like having goals and achieving them, but I am not very patient, so I tend to get frustrated pretty quickly if I don't get the results I want. I also like to describe myself as a smart and independent person when I need to. I really like making new friends, even though sometimes I can be a little shy at the beginning, but when I get to know you I am open and easygoing.
I try to get along with everyone and be in a positive environment because fighting and conflicts are a waste of time in my opinion.

I am Samuel Bianchini, i live near Udine, in Villa Primavera with mi sweet family. I was born on 8th September of 2005 in Udine. I have one sister of 9 years old and i ~~haven't~~ DON’T HAVE any pets. I like sports, i ~~practiced~~ ~~swim~~ PRACTISED SWIMMING for 10 years but with the new season i 'll start to ~~practice~~ DO/PRACTISE tennis. I like all kind music but i prefer ~~listen~~ LISTENING to '80s disco music.
~~All~~ EVERY summer holiday i go to Spain to my cousin, grandparents and friends’.
I like Galizia because there are a fantastic beaches, waves for ~~serf~~ SURFING.
~~and~~ i think to be I AM a good friend: if my friends need help i am available to speak with them. I'm friendly and sociable, AND I don't like arrogant people . I don't have a lot of friends but with them i ~~fell~~ FEEL ~~good~~ AT EASE and ~~sure~~ CONFIDENT.

Hi! My name is Luca, I'm 14 years old and I live in Udine.
My dad is from Abruzzo and my mum is from Friuli Venezia Giulia.
I really like foreign languages but my favourite subjects are history and geography.
I like to travel, and my dream is to visit the world driving a camper.
I go swimming every week: I HAVE BEEN SWIMMING since last year but I don't do competitions.
I'm not a really sporty person, because I prefer indoor activities.
My favourite ~~hobbys~~ HOBBIES are: listening to music, playing videogames, watching ~~movies~~ FILMS or tv series and surfing the internet.
I'm a shy person, but I'm very open with my friends.

Hello! I'm Alessandra and I'm 14 years old. I was born on 26th May 2005 in Piedimonte Matese (a small village near Caserta,in Campania).I've lived in Udine for 1 year with my parents and my sister, 4 years younger than me. I attended the last year of middle school in tricesimo, where I also play volleyball 3 times a week. ON ONE HAND, I'm very shy and anxious with people I don't know, but I hope that one day I'll learn how to be more self-confident. ~~Instead~~ ON THE OTHER HAND, with my best friends I'm ~~very~~ crazy, cheerful, loyal, loving, courteous and adventourous.
