Depression Increased aches and pains, which occur in about two out of three people with depression it also decrease interest in sex.</div>]]></description>

Depression can make you think suicidal and also make you feel down. Depression can affect you by continuous thought such as "I am such a loser, I am such an idiot and I am stupid." These are examples of negative thoughts that a depressed person could be experiencing.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Depression can effect your spiritual well-being by not putting  effort in to striving your goals and also could make you not believe in yourself because of depression. One time I knew a guy who believed in  God and was religious but when a family member passed away he kinda got really mad and depressed for several weeks and cursed against God and Blamed it on him for his family members death and he no longer believes in God. This example showed  how easily you can get depressed and how it can easily ruin your beliefs.</div>]]></description>

Strategy number 1: If you are religious ask God for help simply through prayer and keep on asking. Strategy number 2: Write in a journal about how you feel this way you can express your feelings and physical pain you are feeling.  Strategy Number 3: Try manage your stress by doing Yoga and tai chi. </div>]]></description>
