         <title>5) Revise Policy</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><mark>3 factors influencing:</mark></strong><br><br><strong>1.</strong> A draft has been developed which requires revising before deployment into the school.<br><br><strong>2. </strong>Revising draft policy helps further improving it before evaluation and fixing any faults or adjust any features in the policy.<br><br><strong>3.</strong> Avoids letting any mistakes present from the previous step which is because the whole process was just drafting and it could previously be inappropriate.<br><br><strong><mark>Why?</mark></strong><br><br><strong>1.</strong> Revising the draft removes most, if not, all of the faults and errors that previously made the draft inappropriate and unfit to be deployed into the school.<br><br><strong>2.</strong> It also contributes in improving it to be better in the future, even if it won't be as much as the last stage of the process because when revising, new ideas and improvements can be added into the policy.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. The draft policy will include the boys and girls new uniform and it's changes.<br>2. The draft policy will provide photos of the proposed uniform or the proposed change in uniform.<br>3. The draft policy will be published on Compass so that all stakeholders have access to it.<br><br>Why?<br>These factors will be effective because it will provide stakeholders with the knowledge exactly of what the new policy will do.<br><br>Another reason these factors will be effective is because using compass is accessible by the whole school and every student uses it on a daily basis, utilising compass gets the new policy out there in a matter of days at most.</div>]]></description>
