2. Revising draft policy helps further improving it before evaluation and fixing any faults or adjust any features in the policy.

3. Avoids letting any mistakes present from the previous step which is because the whole process was just drafting and it could previously be inappropriate.

Why?

1. Revising the draft removes most, if not, all of the faults and errors that previously made the draft inappropriate and unfit to be deployed into the school.
