He/she might struggle to create friends or talk to the teacher as they aren't used to being in an environment like that.

They might not feel comfortable participating in classroom activities and other tasks students from traditional schools may be used to.

Some of the things they will need to consider are the students academic history, behaviour management protocols, their ability to make friends and even their relationship with adults.
