We can tell this by him writing in first person.</p><p>For whom was this Gospel written?</p><p>•  The Gospel of Luke was written with the intention of leading Theophilus, a lost man, to faith in Christ.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Name of the Gospel writers whose writings were inspired by the Holy Spirit. </p><p>•  John</p><p>Why was this Gospel given the names we have today? </p><p>•  The gospel of John or as also known as the spiritual gospel is called this because of the way it portrays Jesus.</p><p>For whom was this Gospel written?</p><p>•  Even though the gospel of john was written for everyone it was mainly written as an account for the saints.</p><p>What was this Gospel based on? </p><p>• The gospel of John was based on the written testimony of the "Beloved Disciple"</p><p>How short is this Gospel compared to the other Gospels? </p><p>•  The gospel of John is the second shortest gospel with 21 chapters just shortly behind Mathew. Now Mathew has 28 chapters and Luke only has 24. However Luke's chapters are longer making it the longest.</p><p>What is the focus of this Gospel? </p><p>•  The focus of the gospel of John mainly focuses on the divine logos.</p><p>Is this Gospel similar or is it presented quite differently?
