One piece of work that I have always been proud of for Italian Class was my Italian World Language week project. I am not an artist nor a baker but I found a great amount of enjoyment in making the T shirt and making the food. The region I had was Liguria which in itself was an interesting region, but it made me feel more connected to Italy as a region. Learning about it was exciting because I enjoy the different cultures found in Italy. Coming from Spanish immersion my mind was always thinking of everything in Spanish, which obviously caused problems. I remember the first quiz getting a grade that was not exactly the number I had in my head for something simple as a vocabulary quiz so I tried to my hardest to work on it.
