This is interesting to remember when looking for using Padlet or other tech tools in your room and communicating with students in another country. They added 18 languages just yesterday, making their total 65.

]]> 2013-06-19 12:18:15 UTC https://padlet.com/tmcmahon/edpd818twitter/wish/10821090 Jeremy https://padlet.com/tmcmahon/edpd818twitter/wish/10821092 I took a look at the ability to create presentations and quizzes on Edmodo.  The demo looks like this tool can be very useful in the classroom, but I have one major issue with it.  To use the application it costs you $30 which is ridiculous because free is for me.  I hope that they create a free app for this because sometimes creating quizzes in edmodo can be difficult for something like math and you want the student to use a formula or equation.

It provides a variety of test questions both multiple choice and short answer types all aligned with Common Core. The most interesting part to me is that, they can all be customized to your needs and taste.
