         <description><![CDATA[<div>Quartering Troops- the act of a government in billeting or assigning soldiers to private houses, without the consent of the owners of such houses, and requiring such owners to supply them with board or lodging or both<br>Who-The British Parliament.<br>What-They passed The Stamp Act, a tax requiring the American Colonists to pay a tax on every piece of printed paper they bought or used.<br>Where-The American Colonies were affected by this tax.<br>Why-The Stamp act was passed to help pay for the British troops stationed in the American colonies.<br><br></div>]]></description>

The protest soon became violent and guns were fired. Five Boston residents ended up dead and several were injured. <br>Where-The streets of Boston. <br>Why-The Boston residents were blaming the British Red Coats for them losing their jobs. </div>]]></description>
