         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Competition or debate as groups: During the competition, I will divide students into several groups. They need to work as teams. Firstly, I would like students to make their own questions related with a specific topic. Then I will choose some approrite questions and attached with reasonable marks according their difficulties. Then during class, I will use ppt to represent questions randomly, they need to pick and answer in limited time.<br><br>2. Viuallize teaching: I think there are lots of tools we can use to make our lesson visualizer. Visualize learning will irritate students eyes and improve their learning motivation. And usually I will also let students to do some visualize work to show their own understanding.<br><br>
3. Explore real life question, or link the contents with real life: When we connect the math with real life, show some real life examples to students, they will easily catch the key points of the new contents. And I believe this way will also build students interest in Math by making them aware math everywhere.</div>]]></description>
