         <title>Cardiovascular endurance</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is crucial as a football player and the test I'm going to choose is the yo-yo test so we can have the vo2 max score and it also includes agility because every bleep you need to turn. To do the bleep test you have to set up 2 cones 20 m apart  and then play the CD. One advantage of doing this test is that its cheap and all of the football team can do it at once another advantage is that we can do it inside so there weather doesn't matter. A disadvantage of doing this  test is that it will be hard for me to write down everyone score in the correct way i will need multiple people.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This in my opinion is crucial but not as crucial as cardio for football i would prefer my player to be fast then not fast at all. Sprint tests like 10 m to 30 m being fast gives you a huge advantage. To do the test you have to set up two cones and place them 10m, 20m ,30m away and tell the person to sprint and time from start to finish. The test ill do is the 30 m dash,so set up 2 cones a to b with 30m distance between and time someone running from one side to the other as fast as they can. A disadvantage on sprint tests is the scores don't always come out accurate. Another one is that it takes time because not everyone can go a once plus if the weather is bad it doesn't matter because its inside. An advantage is that it's cheap to do.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Flexibility</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Being flexible in football is a huge advantage because then you can reach for the ball that no other players can. To do the test you need a sit and reach box and then sit down with your feet on the box and have to reach as far as you can. You will need someone to stop he box from going to far sop you need some kind of resistance on the box. The test I will use is sit and reach with measures the footballers hamstrings the good thing about this is that the test is easy and cheap it also can be don in side. A disadvantage is that could injure or trigger something in your hamstring so could get injured and not be able to play.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Muscle Endurance</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is important to football because all of the running without your legs hurting will help you in football. The test I will use it the wall sit test all you do is sit with your arms crossed and back against the wall and then start the timer make sure that your legs are on a 90 degree angle. This test will last a maximum 60 seconds and however many sit ups you have done will be the score. This will help football players shoot with more power. One advantage of this test is that you can do it anywhere as long as you have a timer and it only take a few minutes. Another advantage is that the hole football team can go into pares and time there partner. A disadvantage is that scores can be cheated. Time could be miss calculated and the test is painful.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Power</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Power is one of the main components for football and the test I'm going to choose is vertical jump because having power in your leg is crucial to kick the ball. To do this test you need a vertical jump board and then to measure yourself against and then jump as high as you can to slap the board. Stand sideways to get the maximum height and will need someone to find out what your score is. An advantage of this is that is cheap and quick. Another advantage is that the weather doesn't matter because it inside. A disadvantage of doing this test is that the board isn't always available and will have to buy it. Another disadvantage is it is quite hard to measure because the chalk doesn't always stick to the board. Disadvantage is that technique plays apart on maximising your score. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Strength</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Strength is important to football because to push player off or even strength leg is will help kick the ball with more power. The purpose strength is<strong> </strong>to measure maximum strength of various muscle and muscle groups. The test i will choose is 1 rep max but doing squats because having leg strength is essential when it comes to football. What you do is squat the maximum weight you possibly can. One advantage is in the gyms the equipment is there. Disadvantage is have to have a good technique and preforming maximum weight is only for advanced weight trainers.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Body Composition</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Body composition is not needed in football but the test is the first test of the day because when your body is sweaty it is really difficult to hold onto your fat. Then test I will be doing is the BMI you have to stand on a weighing scale and then enter personal questions answers and then the scale will come up with figure. An advantage is that it can be done inside and also it takes seconds to do. It is quite hard to get hold of these scales so there is a disadvantage.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Agility</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This component is needed in football if you are more of an attacking player. The test i'm going to be using is the  t-test which you set up a length of the course that looks like a T. Cones are used to mark the T and when you hit the flat part of the T it is a side to side as fast as you can to get the best time possible. On the way back it is a backwards run. The test is a 10 m long and wide. Advantages of this is simple and requires little equipment. Disadvantages is the footwear and the surface can play a huge role. Plus it is dependent of the foot you are if you are left it might be a struggle if a right footer set up the course.</div>]]></description>
