"Yes it's true that ads are everywhere..."

I think you need to rephrase this: "Some companies treat consumers for their current profit"
It would be better as:
"There are some companies that are only concerned with immediate profits and don't treat consumers well" or
"A lot of companies seem to only focus on quick profits and don't really care about consumers" 

Easy to understand, but you sound like you are reading from a written script -could be more fluent.
