We will...not only be open to different perspectives, but genuinely seek them out and listen actively to be sure those are heard in the way that those who share want to be heard.

Examples: Monthly open forums / discussions / platforms from all areas of the school - putting points on the table where there is no hierarchy

We try to create a space where everyone's perspectives are genuinely welcomed and respected, while also checking our own biases and encouraging others to do the same. We support teaching practices that reflect and celebrate the cultures and backgrounds of all our students.
