Anti-discrimination in IHRM often refers to policies & practices ensuring employees are treated fairly and equally across countries and cultures, regardless of nationality, race, gender, age, religion, disability, or cultural background. As multinational companies operate in different legal and cultural environments, IHRM plays a role in aligning global fairness standards with local labour laws.

How does IHRM plays a role implementing Anti-Discrimination?
