Could there be a correlation where the shareholders confidence has been shaken by the entire existing board all resigning and being replaced with a far less experienced board in this short period of time?

Given this in mind, i assume Leothayre will need to make sure the shareholders are considered whilst making any big decisions in order to try & repair that/boost the shareholder confidence?

It seems as though the board is incomplete as well as being unbalanced with there being no independent director with finance experience and no director of IT, so could Leothayre still be in the process of filling positions on the board?

Makes me wonder what happened 5 years ago.

Both questions on page 23 of the pre-seen seem to call attention to the impact on the environment and the issues caused by space junk, whilst also making a specific mention that it is possible to design satellites in a way so they fall out of orbit at the end of their useful lives (but at a significant cost).

The last page of the pre-seen also mentions that Wexland has signed a voluntary Space junk charter.

Leothayre could look to support this charter by looking at changing their designs to align with these standards, as it is likely that customers could choose a company that is more sustainable over a competitor who isn't, and they may be prepared to pay the higher price point for this differentiator. Any loss of customers would be a huge risk and so it could be a good opportunity for Leothayre to get ahead of this.

This could also mean that Leothayre would need to look at their launch partners and consider prioritising working with those whose launch vehicles align with these standards, given that Leothayre do not currently own their own rockets.

Although, it could be argued that it is better to use the spare capacity in any rocket that is already going to space rather than sending up a whole new rocket, damaging the environment further in that way.

Alternatively, Leothayre could look at diversifying into launching their own rockets, however, at an average of 3 successful projects per year, they would need to offer their services to other competitors, and this is experience and knowledge that Leothayre does not have yet.

We can mitigate this by integrating functions where satellites are brought down into earth's atmosphere which will vanish them and reduce space junk.

Our share prices are low, which means we are at risk for a takeover.

Makes me think that one of the variants could be something to do with an article about provision of a new space construction degree.

Potentially LT could be asked offer scholarships etc where in return we can have access to the best new talent and possibly obtain funding from the government for R&D into sustainability, space exploration?
