Data collection...In order for us to know what has already been tried and what has worked in the past, we should collect and utilize all data available.<br><br>3. Leadership and communication...All stakeholders should know what their responsibilities are and what the responsibilities of other stakeholders are. Communication should be open and frequent and leaders should be decisive and collaborative.</div>]]></description>

We need to know where our students are academically when they arrive at our school and what the rate of progress is. We should use this data to improve the progress rate for subsequent years. Obviously, we want the rate to be 1 year per year or higher, but we need this data to get started.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe the most important thing about creating an efficient well functioning SIP is to ensure that the goals are realistic and attainable. It can be easy to shoot for the moon, but we know we're not going to get there in one year. By making our goals attainable, we also have not put all our efforts into a plan that may fail so a course correction for the following year is not going to be a huge undertaking.</div>]]></description>
