Exploratory action research (EAR) showed how to see the roots of the students’ problem in learning English and lead to the right decisions to solve those problems. The key finding from EAR brought some important changes to my teaching practice. 1. Listening to students’ problems leads to more understanding of what do they want to improve and how to help them achieve. 2. Writing effective reflective journals really helps with seeing the problems because sometimes teachers try to be more positive about the results than the truth from students’ responses.
3. The nature of the students they need friends, support and good atmosphere so always keep in mind that pair or group work, giving support and creating suitable activities are helped them to learn well.

Research-oriented has Research oriented lifestyle has become a part of my lifestyle. I no longer jump to conclusion, but dig in deeper to view the problem from all perspectives. After narrowing down on the problem, I faced a challenge in encouraging students to take interest in activities. I overcame the challenge by aligning my activities to the interest and level of the students. As action research is a cyclical process, the vibrant journey of constant improvement in the area would continue. The evolutionary journey of transforming students from map-users to map-makers would continue. Special thanks yo my mentors. Gratitude to this IATEFL for this wonderful platform.

As a PhD student who is still learning how to be a teacher-researcher, I would like to thank all of you to create such a friendly and informative environment to share our studies and experiences. My first point is that this model we implemented over a term, the KARDS model by Kumaravadivelu enabled us to gain insights about our students and ourselves as teachers. We also gained awareness about localization of the curriculum and the contextualization of teacher education programs.

Thankfully, we had no challenges at all during the implementation process but finished with more ideas to work on. And I believe that teacher education programs at universities should promote such events to encourage teacher candidates to become teachers as researchers as well.

My last point is about the invaluable feedback and questions I received from the researchers. Thanks to their stimulating discussions, I was able to shape my understanding about various topics. I would also like to mention the modesty of the researchers who joined me in the break out room to learn more about my study so that they can also apply the model. This was a proud moment for me. Lastly, I also would like to give my special thanks to our mentor, Seden Tuyan since she was the one who paved the way for us to grow personally, emotionally and academically.

Now I am able to find out my problem and start thinking over it, to find out the solutions on the situation which faced during the teaching learning process.
My Topic was to Find out the Learning outcomes through Online mode. I used several methods ( PDF's , DOE Worksheets, Goggle forms) to find the LO's of students. Students copied the answers from you tube. When I start questioning about the answers they accept that they copied from you tube. Than I start questioning about the Online Mode of learning. They accept that Online mode has changed their habits of learning. At last the results shows that Online learning is just a helping hand to off line mode of teaching.
Thanks to all

But this research helped me to grow as a teacher and find all the possible solutions. No doubt, It's a slow process and it needs extra hours to understand the students abilities and weak points. Eventually, we altogether learn through doing and practicing. Hope to control this process in near future too.

Thankful to this TR Online.

2. It came to me that students' motivation and self-discipline is the common problem we EFL teachers met after I chatted with other participants. I learned many good measures to facilitate students' learning. If you are interested in my research on vocabulary or reading, you could contact me: humengxi0597@qq.com.

3. Students can be well motivated if we teachers fully engage in and enjoy teaching -that's what I learned from Shahanaz Asha. Thank you!

4.

Prior to the conference, I thought it to be inaccessible to frontier teachers like me who tend to be busy preparing and giving lectures, focusing on delivering knowledge to students. Actually, teachers can be researchers as well, exploring the possibilities to develop for both the students and teachers. What amazed me is that TEFL teachers from different backgrounds are doing researches based on their teaching context, thriving to boost their students’ comprehensive competence through diverse approached and attempts. I was greatly affected by Ms. Zhang from Jiangsu, China, who is an English teacher with only a year and a half experience. From her presentation, she explicitly demonstrated her teaching of Continuation Writing.

In the break out room session, I was asked by Alina Chen about how to carry out the group work effectively. In response to her question, I showed her the tool---a hand-held microphone, which I used in my class and explained how I used it to give students an authentic sense of reporting news. Also, I shared the preparations that I made to engage students in the class activity expectantly. Through the interaction, I realized that my trials in teaching bore some fruit to some extent and there is still a long way to go as a researcher.

For those who intend to take part in this conference in the future, my suggestion is that don’t be hesitant to try and just set your foot in Exploratory Practice or Action Research.

This experience will help me further explore teaching for the mutual benefits of teachers’ and students’ development.

As for me, teacher research is of great benefit to deepen my understanding of my chosen career and it’s vital to boost the competence of both the teachers and students
