         <title>Taiwanese Food </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Taiwanese cuisine is often associated with influences from mid to southern provinces of China because our ancestors were mostly from the province of Fujian and Guangdong in China, Fujian and Hakka-style are the main Taiwanese dishes, but there are also some dishes from Shanghai, Sichuan and Beijing. There is also some Japanese influence in Taiwanese food because Taiwan was once under Japanese rule. Our cuisine are slightly sweet and sour, and less salty. The common cooking techniques include braising, stewing, steaming and boiling. Chicken, seafood, pork, rice, and soy are very common daily food.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Indian cuisine comprises of a wide variety of regional and traditional cuisines native to India.On the basis soil type, climate, culture, ethnic group and occupations, these cuisines vary significantly from each other and use locally available spices, herbs, vegetables and fruits. Indian food is also heavily influenced by religious and cultural choices and traditions. There are also Middle Eastern and Central Asian influence of the north cuisine from the years of Mughal rule. Indian cuisine is still evolving, as a result of nation's cultural interactions. </div>]]></description>
