I am a Maine clean elections candidate. I am a teacher at Mount View in Thorndike,ME I live in China Village with my husband, Chris. We were summer residents from 1978 to 2004. In 2004 we moved to China and have been here for 14 years, We have three children Christine, Alexander and Julie Ann. Alexander, his wife Nancy, and their three boys James, William and Nathaniel live in Yardley, Pennsylvania. Christine, and her two girls Annaliese, 15 and Hannah,12 live in South China. Julie, her husband and their two children Marcelino,13 and Christina ,5 , live in China Village. I am running for the legislature in November , as a Clean Elections candidate because I am concerned about the quality of education for all children. Our children deserve the best education possible if we hope to have the future generations be able to choose to stay in Maine the education needs to to match the needs of Maine employers and businesses currently and in the future . Employers need to have healthy productive workers, who have a reasonably priced affordable insurance plan. Employees need affordable housing and reasonable taxes. With integrity, hard work, mutual respect for differences we are capable of responsibly coming together, to problem solve and promise a brighter future for all Mainers.
