Abrasion is a kind of wound that is caused by scraping of the skin. When this happens you first start with washing your hands to prevent infection then you stop the bleeding. After the blood starts to slow down you clean the wound and put antibiotics then cover the wound and change the covering when needed. For a follow up you keep an eye on it and look for sign of other potential issues.
