It uses Ayurveda wisdom, the tridoshas - Veta - Pitta - Kapha -  the article doesn't give actual health aids or dietary needs. It as all about eat when you want drink when you want and you will be lose weight if you eat a normal diet with percentages of fruit and vegetable, meat, grain and dairy.This article exploits ancient wisdom for heath benefits.

The connection this has to unexplain is that there is no explanation as to why or how he is doing these tricks, but still even thought we know they are fake we still try to think of some way to explain how he does the tricks.
