But social media has lots of problems too. It can be overwhelming with too much information and sometimes I worry about my privacy, for example the comments someone put on my posts. There's also pressure to always look perfect online. Sometimes, I feel that social media can expose ourselves, because by the time we post something in the internet everyone is able to see it and fake.

Sometimes we have to lead with things like cyber bullying, media pressure, anxiety and stress, mental health and etc which causes us to be less happy and stressful every time.

As a teenager I think we should show more respect for adults, because they're the ones taking care of our world, and our family should get more respect too because they take care of us since we're born . I think the majority of families give their teenagers a lo to of freedom, and it causes them to be less respectful, more spoiled, even getting angry with a no. We can give our parents many things but the love they gave to us in insubtitutable.

About our freedom to take decisions like start smoking, drinking, get married, stard driving and etc I think it should all start after you complete eighteen.

Nowadays teenagers have a diverse range of thoughts, for example I can be more concerned about my future, some others can be more focused on their challenges and dreams, others in relations and etc.

So I just think as a teenager we all have a long life ahead of us, so we should take the smartest decisions we can, and respect everyone if you want them to respect you.

This year I promised myself that I will study with a lot more effort than last year, starting by paying attention in the class, asking questions, answering every question I can, studying with more focus and time helping my colleagues on what they need.

I would like to end the year with good marks, but work is need to make that happen, and that's one of my expectations. As I said I'll need to put a lot of effort in class and home to conquer what I want to and I'm gonna start with the ways I study and the time I spend studying. Second I think I should do all the works proposed in the class with more seriousness than last year, so that I can understand everything in a easier way so I dont need to study much time at home.

Another one of my expectations is to end the year with a better pronounce of the words in every phrase. I find myself in trouble some of the times I try to pronounce certain words that I learned more recently, and to overcame that I'm going talk more in English and try to communicate in English every time so that I can learn how to pronounce most of the words I have difficulty with.

This work made me reflect about myself, cause it was not that easy to find everything that influenced me to change my personal life. This work helped me change the way I thought about life, and how different ways of thinking and the different languages, experiences, travels and etc have an effect in my daily routine. This work helped me develop my English level and confidence while talking, on the other hand I struggled a little bit while trying to expand my answers and topics.

When I was doing this work with Tiago we learned a lot of things about other countries especially Cambodia, because I only knew that Cambodia was a country in the southeast asia and it is known for Angkor wat a massive religious temple there.

Some of the most interest things I learn was that Mexico as some very diferent tradition like dias de Los muertos, lucha libre. I also didn't knew that the Philippines were colonized by the US, Spain and Japan and that Nigeria had those colorful vests, while Japan has some of the best car brands.

I strongly believe that the other presentations were similar to mine in some aspects, and they were well prepared despite not being well knew.

I learned a lot about the other countries especially from their presentation and my own, and that was good because I knew just a few things about Japan, Mexico, Philippines, Nigeria and Cambodia. And it is always very good to learn something you never heard about, because it is new and everything that is knew is better.

My presentation was not easy to do because Cambodia is a isolated country and its tradition are very rare so it was hard to find credible information.

Summing up I think that this work was a perfect example that we don't know almost anything about other countries culture. However, we all learn something from it, despite some not being prepared as it should.

However I believe that the best performance while presenting was not me it was Ines presenting Mexico.

In my point of view social media has a big impact on teenagers daily life , especially helping them overcome stereotypes towards other cultures.

Firstly social media provides a diversity of platforms where you can share your values and traditions and your daily life,allowing you to learn from them and show them your culture .

For instance you will know what their most typical dishes are , their most famous festivals and the way they dress also the way they fell with the music and dance and the way they follow their beliefs.

Secondly campaigns can promote different posts where they can share the way they live and their most exciting experiences.

For example there is a campaign called "SharedOutEritage" promoted by UNESCO where you are encouraged to show out your culture, increasing the visibility of cultural exchange.

We personally think that there are various ways how social media can help overcome stereotypes such as showing your own culture with others , and understanding how theirs work , you can even use social media as a tool for social change.

Summing up we believe that social media can affect your positivity and negativity depending how you lead with it

I think that changing the way of studying was the key to have higher grades.

I think I should have put a lot more effort in the oral presentations about the UDHR and the culture one.

I learned a lot from the culture works, for example some of the stereotypes, cultures that were way different than ours, even about the myth that me and my group are working about, because I didn't knew almost nothing about the Minotaur.

Although not putting the effort I should I think this was a great term and we have learned a lot of things.

So summarising all, although we had a lot of work to find truthful information, it helped me a lot with all the thing I referred on top

I would like to do more activities beside the book exercises. Summing all up, I think this was a great term, where I learned a lot of new things such as new vocabulary new types of using if I or I wish and etc.

I'm my opinion nowadays if you're not able to use or enter in the world of internet/technology you will get put apart by someone who's capable of that.

Secondly, in our day life, we speak with people from everywhere around the world, tourist, immigrants, etc that don't speak the local language. So is a quality you must have to speak different languages. And that is a thing that most people back there weren't able to do due to to the difficult access to it.

Starting with the tenth year, it was a change of reality for me. I was shocked by the difference on the classes and the works we did there. The English classes were much different from the ninth grade, because there we only did the exercises on the book. I strongly believe that both this year's helped me improve my speech, writing, and my vocabulary in very different ways, either by the group works, we did on class or the classes with the others from Erasmus…

Secondly I never felt this confident when talking and writing something, knowing that some time ago I couldn't even say or write something without a mistake on it. I am a lot more confident when speaking thanks to our classes. They improved it a lot because we have done lots of diferentes works in class like dialogues, poems and grammar exercises. At the start of the 10th year I had some problems with my English, if I said a phrase it probably would have some mistakes on it, now even knowing that it is not perfect I can't speak fluently, because I improved my speech, comunicating in english so many times. My main problem was the grammar and I feel that the 10th and 11th years were the ones that improved it the most. Not just because I paid more attention and stayed focus most of the times, even knowing that sometimes I was distracted, but also with the variety of activities we did in class. Seeing my evolution this year's made me feel good and hopeful to be even better.
