People who live with integrity are incorruptible and incapable of breaking the trust of those who have confided in them. Every human is born with a conscience and therefore the ability to know right from wrong.          <title>Are these characteristics  innate or learned?In my opinion, it is combination of both. It is both innate and learned. Visionary leaders are born with these traits but also over a period these traits get refined and honed depending on the experiences a person goes through. People inherit certain qualities and traits that make them better suited to leadership, I don’t think that leadership is completely acquired since some people spend their lives taking courses about leadership, public speaking, and more, and still they can’t manage to influence other people. It is a set of innate traits, refined and perfected over time with education, training and experience.</title>
