It is both innate and learned. Visionary leaders are born with these traits but also over a period these traits get refined and honed depending on the experiences a person goes through. People inherit certain qualities and traits that make them better suited to leadership, I don’t think that leadership is completely acquired since some people spend their lives taking courses about leadership, public speaking, and more, and still they can’t manage to influence other people.
