Earlier this semester we worked with Padlet in a concept map.  We are going to do something a little different. We are going to create a discussion using Padlet  In the top of the Padlet, you will see a prompt. Respond to the prompt based on your reflections the assigned material.. I’ve also included a list of the prompts below. 

Our assignments this week ask us to watch or read the following texts. 

• Adichie, “The Danger of a Single Story”
• “Nikki S. Lee Can Change Into Anyone”, 
• Smoke Signals clip, “How to Be a Real Indian” 
• Bird, “Autobiography as Spectacle”

After reading or watching these texts answer the following questions with your group reflecting on the text. Create a post in the Padlet for each text. 

• Identify the main ideas for each assigned texts
• What is the purpose of the message for each text? 
• Are there common ideas, themes, messages between each of these authors?
