         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Many felt as if they were more a mixture of silent and involved moderator. <br>-Teachers further along in implementing blended learning in their classroom tended to be more silent facilitators. They are more comfortable with 'giving up' control <br>-Scaffolding depends on grade level<br>-Tie together online and classroom discussions. Linking the reasons for assignment with assignment. <br>-Extended learning opportunities for students done early with tasks<br>-Self-directed pacing, which can lead to more 1-1 time for students that need that direct instruction</div>]]></description>
