Reflecting on what I have achieved, what my future goals are and my skills has really grown my mindset to set further goals for the future and to see what amazing things I have accomplished already. I can improve this even further by working more effectively in a team and trying to communicate better. 

Throughout each module, I definitely have improved in my confidence in the production of my work and mindset towards working in a team rather than just individually. Keeping motivation throughout my studies and this module has not been a complete easy process but I have definitely learnt and practised self-discipline to allow myself to keep motivation during presentations and assignments etc. 

I need to make sure I stay in a motivated mindset to complete all my work in a time effective manner. I do believe there were times I was more motivated and times where I was less motivated e.g. Being less motivated to do LinkedIn Learning, but making sure I did as it would benefit me in the long run.

Presentations are usually where my anxiety comes from and public speaking but having practised and done presentations throughout modules at FRA, my public speaking skills has progressed. 

The quality of my presenting skills depends on how many people it is in front of, although, I believe I am really skilled at creating presentations and adding visuals to add to the delivery of the presentation. An example of work I was proud of was my presentation from PR and Communications Kate Spade.

Generally, I am very good at communicating with others whether that be socially or professionally. 

Throughout the bootcamp assessment, we all worked very well in our teams and I was very good at communicating my thoughts on who we should choose for the task.

The only downside is that I can be quite quiet in big groups as I think it is easy for other people to take the limelight and talk over one another which sort of happened in the Bootcamp Assessment due to the groups being quite large. Having self-discipline really has helped my attitude towards general tasks and work.

I have really enjoyed creating my website portfolio and have definitely kept the right attitude towards creating and reflecting on my 10 year plan which has motivated me to get creative. Having the right attitude in group tasks has also got me very far as if you are not 100% in then it will rebound.

I had one spelling mistake throughout the whole body of the CV which I corrected. I can find it quite hard to work under pressure, so the skills task was quite challenging for me but I think I still did a good job considering the amount of time we had and I believe I inputted all the correct information that was needed.

The aptitude test was the hardest part of the assessment as it involved a lot of puzzle questions which is not my strong point but, I took the time to read each question carefully.

A turbulent protagonist is extraverted, intuitive, feeling, judging and turbulent which I believe matches my personality.
