Bring in their stories and scenarios, times when they felt they were treated unjustly by teachers or made bad choices themselves and how things could've been different had they used this approach.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Maybe take hierarchical approach? Have a select group train with the NVC team and then those students can go and work with larger groups and so on.<br><br>It would be good to have upperclassmen lead sessions with younger students. Maybe start with juniors this year so they can lead teams next year as seniors and go from there.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Several of us in this session are on the Advisement Committee under Mr. Douglas Sherer&#39;s leadership.  I feel as though we could build in some role play scenarios with the students during spring Advisement.  I think it would be interesting to see how students respond with the script and how the negative behaviors in the scenarios impact the learning environment.</title>

Rather than have individual advisors (who will have varying levels of NVC skills) present the process, it may be beneficial to set it up in a similar way to FLASH training in which all students in a grade interact with the material.
