In my opinion it shouldn't be like that for the following reasons.

Firstly, when one person studies a career it is very difficult to work because you haven't got time to study.

Secondly, the companies ask for a lot of requirements and people should have many tools that, in which case if they are young it's imposible to fulfill with what they ask for.
