Exercise plans, if they are planned impact your physical health in a positive way, giving you better health and such. What you eat will determine what nutrition you receive which will, in turn, impact your health. A diet consisting of healthy foods will do you good in health instead of foods with low nutrients, junk food as an example. So basically what you eat and how you maintain your body will impact the condition of your body and health. Poor maintenance and a bad diet will of course give you negative effects on your health. Exercise and a healthy diet will do you good health in the long run.</div>]]></description>

Exercise will help build muscles and endurance that helps the overall health of your body. Eating healthy will give your body the nutrients it needs to preform the best. Supplying your body with healthy food and exercise will lead to a stronger immune system, faster metabolism, more happiness, and just overall better performance. Once you start to see the results of eating well and exercising your mental health can improve because you will realize that I can do more than I did yesterday or last week, and that will boost your outlook on yourself.
