         <description><![CDATA[<div>3 Ways I will react differently is first I won't say negative things, and then I will take a moment to breathe and calm down. Then last I will think about something else instead of letting it hover over me for the rest of the day. Also my current way of letting off the steam built up is to just do something else or listen to music, because that always cheers me up.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Before, I'd be suppress a lot of frustration or upsetting emotions. It wasn't healthy and suppressing it made m constantly think about the situation(s) more which lead me to feel more stressed or annoyed. Next time when I am feeling negative, I'll take a few moments to breathe in and out and close my eyes. Focusing all my attention on my breathing and it'll help me clear my heart and give me peace of mind.  Another way I would turn on jazz or lofi music to help me to relax and feel less tense.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I get upset on something. instead getting angry or mad at first, I try to take deep breaths or count to 10 in my mind. But sometimes, anger gets in my way more then calm. Maybe next time, I should think about what I'm doing and let go of the bad energy and take a walk, or distract myself with other things to get it off my mind.</div>]]></description>

Two strategies i could use next time i get frustrated at someones would be to think about my thoughts and to realize if I'm over exaggerating. Secondly I could focus on my feelings and calm down before i say something that I might regret later.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Whenever I get the feeling of feeling frustrated, I just don't think about what happened and listen to soothing music, but when I very very upset I yell, but feel bad afterwards, so the two strategies I can do with mindfulness is to stop and think about the situation and take a deep breath and react with a calm voice and saying "it's okay", and the second strategy I would use is to not have an automatic reaction of yelling, and yell inside me but exert calm words</div>]]></description>
