         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would relocate to&nbsp;<br>Hokkaido, Japan<br><br>I chose this place because it is city and nature at the same time which allows there to be more to do with my family.<br><br>&nbsp;Hokkaido Natural Disaster History:<br>There has only been one natural disaster in Hokkaido and that was an Earthquake/Tsunami&nbsp; and it happened in 1993.<br><br>Living Preparations:&nbsp; Put important fragile things in something safe so earthquakes don't destroy them.<br>Have a safe shelter for Earthquakes and Tsunamis. Have a medium sized home so earthquakes don't destroy a big one.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
