She found out that there was a construction company working in the area, she phoned in to its office to question if anyone there matched her description. She was told that it sounded like it could be Anthony Hanemaayer.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the first day of trial, the victim’s mother positively identified him as the individual she had seen that night in her house. After this it became clear that Mr. Hanemaayer would found guilty. His layer told him to accept the two year deal that he was being offered, or he would face six to ten years in prison. Once again Mr. Hanemaayer refused to accept a deal for a crime he knew he didn’t commit. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>     Later after being released from jail for a crime he didn’t commit, he tried to get his life together but his past made it difficult. This kept him from attaining happiness in his personal life. He married and fathered two children and then divorced. Meanwhile in 2006 Paul Bernarbo confessed to a break and enter and the assault which was precisely the break and enter that Mr. Hanemaayer was convicted for. Even though police officers had visited Mr. Haynmaayer, no one had advised him on this information. </div>]]></description>
