Colleagues shared concerns about bias and the environmental factors, with employers encouraging them to use these products, even when it goes against their own values. Other colleagues expressed the major concern of AI being used without it being properly taught how to use it ethically in education and research - curriculums are missing in our teaching hospitals and medical schools - presenting an opportunity for librarians at their institutions.

Learning something new together, seeing and hearing my colleagues present, sharing our conference experiences, and exploring the city together give me so much positive energy and inspiration.
